Changed your mind?

We don’t currently accept change-of-mind returns. Please check the dimensions, fit, and material before ordering.

Wrong, damaged, or missing?

Email jar7772@psu.edu with your order reference and what happened. If an item is damaged, include a photo. We’ll review the issue with you and work out a resolution.

Any approved refund goes through Stripe to the original payment method. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
